Dear Ms. Farner,
I am requesting a refund of the excess probate filing payment I made when I applied for letters of
administration in your office on December 12, 2008. My earlier letter explained that I mis-stated the value
of my brother's (Patrick J. Fitzgerald, deceased) estate because of misinformation I had been given about
what is and isn't subject to the Commonwealth's estate tax.
