I, Mary Anne Williams, of 8306 Beaver Court, Chestertown, MD
being one of two daughters of Faye B. Herman, and a beneficiary
under her Last Will and Testament, do hereby acknowledge that I
have received my full distributive share of her Estate, as shown
in the informal accounting of Mary Anne Williams, as Personal
Representative/Executrix of the Estate of Faye B. Herman
attached hereto and made a part hereof as "Exhibit A".
I hereby state that I have reviewed the informal account.
I waive my right to have the informal account filed with the
Register of Wills. I accept and approve it with the same force
and effect as if it had been filed in the Office of the Register
of Wills, audited in the Orphans' Court, adjudicated and
confirmed absolutely, and the amount paid to me had been duly
awarded to me by order of the Orphans' Court.
I hereby absolutely release and discharge Mary Anne
Williams, Personal Representative/Executrix of the Estate of
Faye B. Herman, and Christian C. Hugel, Esquire, attorney for
Mary Anne Williams, Personal Representative/Executrix of the
Estate of Faye B. Herman, of and from any and all claims and
rights I now have or may in the future have against the Estate
and Personal Representative/Executrix, whether due to negligence
or otherwise, which I may have by reason of administration of
the Estate.
I, in consideration of the promise of the other
beneficiaries, do hereby agree to refund to the Estate on a pro
rata basis any amount which may be necessary in the future to
discharge any obligations and liabilities of the Estate of which
I may hereafter receive notice.
I agree to the recording and indexing of this Agreement in
the estate proceedings.
