In the event that my said husband, THEODORE J. de GOMAR, should predecease me or fail to survive me by the aforesaid period of sixty (60) days, then in such event, I give, devise, and bequeath all the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate, real, personal, acid mixed, wheresoever situate seventyfive percent (75%) to my son ROBERT C. de GOMAR and twentyfive percent (25%) to my son THEODORE J. de GOMAR, JR. In the event either of my sons above named should predecease me, I direct that the remaining son above named shall receive one hundred percent (100%) of the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate, real, personal, and mixed, wheresoever situate. 4. In the event that my said husband, THEODORE J. de GOMAR, should predecease me or fail to survive me by the aforesaid period of sixty (60) days and should my son THEODORE J. de GOMAR, JR., last known of Orlando or Kissimmee, Florida and born on or around June 11, 1949, be unable to be located within (30) days of the date of my death after diligent search, then I direct that my son ROBERT C. de GOMAR shall receive one hundred percent (100%) of the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate, real, personal, and mixed, wheresoever situate, without further delay. I hereby direct my Executrix or Executor, whichever the case may be, hereinafter named, to use the services of a private investigator to perform the diligent search for my son THEODORE J. de GOMAR, JR., and to use reasonable and necessary funds from the portion of my son THEODORE J. de GOMAR, JR's inheritance above described to hire said private investigator. 5. I hereby nominate, constitute, and appoint my husband, THEODORE J. de GOMAR, as Executor under this my Last Will and Testament. In the event he should predecease me or fail to qualify, I nominate, constitute, and appoint my son, ROBERT C. de GOMAR, as Executor under this my Last Will and Testament. I further direct that no person serving as Executrix or Executor hereunder shall be required to post bond to secure the faithful perform~ince of her or his duties in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or in any other jurisdiction.
