AFFIDAVIT
I, Peter J. Russo, Esquire, being duly sworn aver that I have been retained by Lois M.
Newman as counsel to probate the Estate of Nancy T. Petennan. I agree to act as co-
administrator with Lois M. Newman and will be responsible for all the estate assets. I will
remain actively involved, control the funds from the estate and will continue to supen~ise and
assist in the probate process includin; but not limited to the filing of the Estate Tax Return.
I hereby affirm the following to be true and correct.
