KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, Shirley M. Busch, do hereby
acknowledge that I have this date reof he Est e of~Helen C McGill~my fiill share~of the Estate
Wenger and Ann Miller, Executors
of Helen C. ]McGill.
I therefore release and forever discharge the aforementioned Executors, individually and
as Executors of the Estate of Helen C McGill, their heirs, executors, and administrators, of and
from all actions, duties, claims and demands whatsoever from the beginning of the world to the
date of these presents.
And I hereby consent and agree that the Orphans' Court of Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, may discharge the said Executors upon application and without further notice to
me.
AND the undersigned, in consideration of said payment and transfer, does hereby agree,
upon written request of the Executors to refund to the said Estate pro-rata whatever assets, in
kind or in cash, that maybe necessary in the future to discharge any liabilities of the Estate.
