It is my wish to be cremated. If there be no available for my interment, owned by me at the time of my death, I authorize my personal representative to purchase such interment space with a contract for perpetual care, using therefore funds from my estate, in such amount as my personal representative shall consider necessary and desirable, and I authorize my personal representative to cause title to or ownership of the interment space so purchased to be vested in such person as my personal representative shall designate. SECOND To my sons, TIMOTHY R. STINE and DANIEL J. STINE, I give and bequeath my firearms, same to be divided between them as they shall agree between themselves. To my son, DANIEL J. STINE, I give and bequeath any books which I may own and which he desires. In the event that any of my other children do not desire any of the remaining books, I then direct that any books which he does not desire be given to the annual Legal Services book sale at Wilson College, Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. It is my intention that this bequest is to taken togetherwith funds to be received from The Episcopal Church Foundation charitable gift annuity at my death [which annuity designates this fund as its beneficiary] to fund the Doris E. Stine Memorial Endowment. No invasion of principal of the Doris E. Stine Memorial Endowment fund is authorized; only income therefrom is to be utilized for the stated purposes. It is my wish and desire that my farm remain in my family if at all possible. Towards that end, I give my children the first option to purchase the farm from my estate. In the event that more than one child wishes to purchase the farm, I direct that my executor shall allow those children wishing the farm to bid thereon.
