PETITION FOR COURT APPROVAL TO COMPLETE THE PENDING
MATTERS OF THE GUARDIANSHIP
TO THE HONORABLE EDWIN E. GUIDO:
AND NOW, this 9th day of January 2009 comes the guardian,
Constance E. Stoneroad of Keystone Guardianship Services, of t:he
above-captioned incapacitated individual and petitions as
follows:
1. Keystone Guardianship Services (hereinafter reference
to as "Guardian") was appointed Guardian for Claire R. Weldon,
an alleged incapacitated person by the Cumberland Country
Orphans Court by order dated August 6, 2007.
(see Order attached as Exhibit "I")
2. Claire R. Weldon was a resident of the Sarah A. Todd
Memorial Home, located at 1000 West South Street, Carlisle,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
3. Claire R. Weldon died on December 5, 2008.
4. During her lifetime, an Order dated October 18, 2008,
granted Keystone Guardianship Services authorization to sign for
the Goldring & Lipman, Inc. Corporation, to liquidate Mz•s.
Weldon's assets to meet her expenses. (see Order attached as
Exhibit "2")

5. The assets of Claire Weldon are as stated on t:he
Inventory (see Inventory attached as Exhibit "3")
6. Claire R. Weldon has an outstanding claim from t:he
Sarah A. Todd Memorial Home dated December 12, 2008 in t:he
amount of $12,837.77, (see copy of statement attached as Exhibit
..4 ..) .
7. Claire R. Weldon has a Personal Care Account held by
Sara a. Todd Memorial Home in the amount of $455.46. (see copy
of statement attached as Exhibit "5").
8. Keystone Guardianship Services presently holds a
checking account at Halifax National Bank with a balance of
$20,440.27 (see copy of statement attached as Exhibit "6").
9. The reserve held at Halifax National Bank is to be
used for the following
a. Final State and Federal tax preparations and payments
of personal and corporate taxes; and,
b. Final guardianship fees and expenses; and,
c. Final payment to Sarah Todd Memorial Home.
10. Keystone Guardianship has prepared an Interim
Accounting of the Claire Weldon Guardianship. (see copy of
accounting attached as Exhibit "7").
11. The Guardian believes it is in the best interest of
those who are due final reports and payments for services
provided to the Ward while living and upon her death be
completed by the Guardian as follows:
a. Complete the final State and Federal tax preparations
and payments of personal and corporate taxes.

c. Pay the final payment to Sarah Todd Memorial Home.
WHEREFORE, the aforementioned guardian respectfully
requests this Honorable Court enter an Order directing t:he

payments of personal and corporate taxes.
b. Pay final guardianship fees and expenses.
c. Pay final payment to Sarah Todd Memorial Home.

NOTES:
This Inventory was not filed at the beginning of the Inventory because there were no certainties
regarding the major assets until the sale was finalized.
This has been a most unusual Guardianship because many different persons were involved none
of which seemed to have a complete knowledge of the assets and or the management of the same prior
to Claire R Weldon's incapacity.
Dealing with Real Estate Brokers, Liquor Control Board and the Department of Public Welfare
proved to be quite challenging.
