personal property pursuant t.O a memorandum dated February 13, 1997,
cant-.;:dning 2 pages and 23 items, said memorandum being attached
hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
The desk listed under item 3 shall be retained by my son for
and during his lifetime, then to his daughter for her lifetime.
Upon her death, the desk shall be distributed outright to the New
Jersey State Museum in Trenton, New Jersey.
Upon the death of my son, GLENN W. ABBOTT, the grandfather
clock listed under item 2 shall be di ,Tl:-.ribut.ed. to my son, RICHARD
C. ABBOTT, for his lifetime, then to ~y issue, if any. Othe::.::wis..:; ,
it shall be distributed outright to the New Jersey State Museum.
THIRD: RESIDUE OF ESTATE - All the rest, residUe and remainder of
my estate, real and personRI, of every kind and description,
wheresoever situate, which I may own or have the right to dispose
of at the time of my decease, I give, bequeath and devise to my

husband, CHA.~LES C. ABBOTT, to be his absol1..~tely and. in fee simple,
provided he be living at the time of my decease,
In the event my husband fails to survive me, or in the event
my husband dies with me in or as a result of a common accident,
then I give, bequeath and devise said rest, residue and remainder
of my estate to my two sons, RI CHl-ill.D C. ABBOTT of Etters,
Pennsylvania, and GLENN W. ABBOTT of West Bloomfield, Michigan,
share and share alike, to be theirs absolutely and in fee simple,
on a per capita distribution basis.
FOURTH: EXECUTOR - I make, nominate and appoint my husband,
CHARLES C. ABBOTT, to be the Executor of this, my Last Will and
Testament, hereby authorizing and empowering my said Executor to
compound, compromise, settle and adjust all claims and demands in
favor of or against my estate; and to sell, at private or public
sale, at such prices, and upon such terms of credit or otherwise,
as he may deem best, the whole or any part of my real or personal
property, and to execute, acknowledge and deliver deeds and other
proper instruments of conveyance thereof to the purchaser or
purchasers. I request that no bond be required of my said
Executor.
In case of the death of my husband or of his incapacity or
refusal to act as my Executor, I nominate and appoint my two
sons, RICHARD C. ABBOTT and GLENN W. ABBOTT, as Executors,
granting them all power and authority heretofore granted to my
Executor, and request that no bond be requi.red of them as such
Executors.

COEnty, Pennsylvania, being of full age and of sound mind and
memory, do make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament, hereby revoking all Wills by me heretofore made.
,fIRST; PAYMENT OF EXPENSES - 1 direct that all my debts, funeral
expenses and expenses incident to the settlement of my estate be
paid as soon as practicable after my decease.
1.?1;COh"D : SPECIFIC BEQUESTS - I hereby dispose of certain items of
personal property pursuant to a memorandum dated February 13, 1997,
co!"\t';~.ining 2 pages and 23 items, said memorandum being attached
hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
The desk listed under item 3 shall be retained by my son for
and during his Ii. fetime, then to his daughter for her lifetime.
Upon her death, the desk shall be distributed outright to the New
Jersey State Museum in Trenton, i;ew Jersey.
Upon the death of my son, GLENN W. ABBOTT, the grandfather
clock listed under item 2 shall be di8~ribut~d to my son, RICfu"'\RD
C. ABBOTT, for his lifetime, then to 'Lny issue, if any- Otherwise,
it shall be distributed outright to the New Jersey State Museum.

Pennsylvania, and GLENN W_ ABBOTT of West Bloomfield, Michigan,
share and share alike, to be theirs absolutely and in fee simple,
on a per capita distribution basis.

Testarnent, hereby authorizing and empowering my said Executor to
compound, compromise, settle and adjust all claims and demands in

sale, at such prices, and upon such terms of credit or otherwise,
as he may deem best, the whole or any- part of my real or personal
property, and to execute, acknowledge and deliver deeds and other
proper instruments of conveyance thereof to the purchaser or
purchasers. I request that no bond be required of my said
Executor.
In case of the death of my husband or of his incapacity or
refusal to act as my Bxecutor, I nominate and appoint my two
sons] RICHARD C. ABBOTT and GLENN W. ABBOTT I as Executors,
granting them all power and authority heretofore granted to my

1. Under Paragraph Second of the Last Will and Testament of Jane G. Abbott, executed
February 18, 1997:
"Specific Bequests - I hereby dispose of certain items of personal property pursuant to a
memorandum dated February 13, 1997, containing 2 pages and 23 items, said memorandum being
attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
The desk listed under item 3 shall be retained by my son for and during his lifetime, then to his
daughter for her lifetime. Upon her death, the desk shall be distributed outright to the New Jersey
State Museum in Trenton, New Jersey.
Upon the death of my son, GLENN W ABBOTT, the grandfather clock listed under item 2
shall be distributed to my son, RICHARD C. ABBOTT, for his lifetime, then to my issue, if any.
Otherwise, it shall be distributed outright to the New Jersey State Museum."
