I am in receipt of your correspondence dated January 9, 2009 concerning Inheritance Tax Non-Filer
Delinquency Notice. For your ready reference and convenience I have enclosed a copy of your letter.
There is some error in the records you have available to you. This Return was filed quite some ago.
Please find attached the following items for your records as pertaining the Inheritance Tax for the
abovementioned Estate:
1) Receipt dated 10/27/2008 from Cumberland County Register of Wills in the amount of
$15.00 for filing fee.
2) Receipt dated 10/27/2008 from Cumberland County Register of Wills in the amount of
$220.00 for additional probate.
3) Receipt dated 10/27/2008 PA Inheritance and Estate Tax Official Receipt in the amount of
$15,811.11 for inheritance tax due.
4) Receipt dated 12/30/2008 PA Inheritance and Estate Tax Official Receipt in the amount of
$4,962.31 for additional inheritance tax due.
5) Receipt dated 12/30/2008 PA Inheritance and Estate Tax Official Receipt in the amount of
$51.14 for interest and penalty due.
