Gale No. 21-1998-0629 Dear Judge Dler: This firm represents Petitioners in the above-referenced matter. There is a hearing scheduled on February 27,2008 regarding my clients' Petition for Declaratory Judgment. I received notice late last week that I am also scheduled to argue a matter before the Superior Court on February 27,2008. (Dental Care Associates, Inc. v. Keller Engineers, Inc. No. 698 MDA 2007). As a result, I respectfully request that the February 27,2008, hearing be rescheduled. Counsel for Respondent, Julie Gale, Adam Seiferth, Esquire, does not object to this request. Trustee James Hughes, Esquire, also has no objection to reschedulmgthis hearing. In addition, I understand that Mr. Hughes .intends to contact the Court separately to request a pretrial conference in order to resolve issues related to the Trustee's role in the hearing. I have been unable to contact Respondent, Mr. Anthony Rossognoli in order to get his agreement with this request, however I am notifying him of this request by copy of this correspondence. .
