PETITION FOR DECLARATORY JUDGMENT
STIPULATION
1. During hearings on March 13, 2008, and June 18, 2008, Respondents
entered evidence in the form of deeds for properties referred to during the hearings as the
Disputed Properties, more specifically identified as follows: 6 Fargreen Road, Camp
Hill, Pennsylvania; 55 Circle Drive, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania; 22 Country Club Place,
Camp Hill, Pennsylvania; 49 Circle Drive, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania; and 530 Fairway
Drive, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania.
2. After investigation, the Parties agree that the deeds entered into evidence by
Respondents as Exhibits 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, are authentic and further, that no subsequent
deeds have been recorded for any of these properties.

3. The Parties further agree that the Articles of Incorporation and Articles of
Merger, introduced by Respondents as Exhibits 6 and 7 are authentic, and accurately
reflect the current records of the Pennsylvania Department of State Corporation Bureau.
4. The Parties request that this Honorable Court order the record closed as of
the date of this Stipulation.
5. The Parties will submit Briefs for the Court's consideration no later than
September 2, 2008.
