In this decedent's estate matter, Petitioners have filed an appeal to the
Pennsylvania Superior Court from an order denying their petition for declaratory
judgment, which sought a declaration that the decedent's interest in several parcels of real
estate was included in a gift in decedent's will of the decedent's interest in a certain
corporation which did not legally own them. The rationale for the adjudication was
contained in an opinion of the court, dated September 19, 2008.
Accordingly, no further opinion will be filed and the Clerk of the Orphans' Court
is directed to transmit the record to the Pennsylvania Superior Court.
