CIVIL ACTION -COMPLAINT ]N MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE And now comes Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Long Beach Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-3, by its attorneys, Zucker, Goldberg & Ackerman, LLC, and files this Complaint in Mortgage Foreclosure as follows: 1. The Plaintiff, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Long Beach Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-3, which has its principal place of business at 7255 Baymeadows Jacksonville, FL 32256. 2. The Defendant, Samantha Smith, is an individual whose last known address is 26 Kerrs Avenue, Carlisle, PA 17013. 3. On or about March 1, 2006, Samantha Smith executed a Note in favor of Long Beach Mortgage Company in the original principal amount of $59,500.00. 4. On or about March 1, 2006, as security for payment of the aforesaid Note, Samantha Smith, a married woman made, executed and delivered to song Beach Mortgage Company a Mortgage in the original principal amount of $59,500.00 on the premises Zuckell, Goldberg & Ackerman LLC i FCP-111776 hereinafter described, with said Mortgage being recorded in the O#'fice of the Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County on March 3, 2006, in Mortgage Boo~C Volume 1942, Page 1106. A true and correct copy of said Mortgage containing a description pf the premises subject to said Mortgage is marked Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a II art hereof. 5. The aforesaid Note and Mortgage was assigned by l~,ong Beach Mortgage Company to Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee f~r Long Beach Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-3, plaintiff herein, pursuant to an assignment of mortgage to be recorded. 6. Samantha Smith, married woman is the record and r~al owner of the aforesaid mortgaged premises. II 7.
