Pmk'frust m the time that Rcsponsc was prepared.

of the averment of Pamgmph 5 mid proof thereof is demanded.
6. It is unclear whether Country Club Park Trust has been funded or whether
Country Club Park Development Co, lac. remains an asset of the decedent's cst6te.
Respondent is the life income lxncficiary of Country Club Park Trust and is living.
Rcspondcnt avers that the Country Club Park Trust should be funded or that it should
continue, if funded previously, and requests that LEGACY TRUST COMPANY, a
Pennsylvania corpomtian, having nn address of 2600 Commerce Drive, Hamsburg,
Dauphin County, Pennsylvania be appointed as Tmstce. A copy of the Trustee's
