consideration of the facts set forth in the Petition for Settlement of Small Estate Pursuant to
20 PA. C.S.A. §3102 filed herein, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED and directed that the Commerce
Bank Checking Account #0512085820 in the amount of $4,305.22 owned by the Decedent,
Richard L. Campbell, Sr., and the proceeds from the sale of the 2004 Pontiac Bonneville be
distributed to Richard L. Campbell, Jr. as reimbursement toward the funeral, rent and
administrative expenses provided to Decedent's estate, which are priority disbursements, and
further grants authorization to Richard L. Campbell, Jr., Petitioner to execute the title to the 2004
Pontiac Bonneville and retain the proceeds from the sale of said vehicle to help satisfy the
reimbursement of priority expenses.
