LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF
VERDIE E. HOLLAND
21-2002-0093
I, VERDIE E.HOLLAND, of Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make and publish
this, my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me at any time
heretofore made.
Item I.
I direct that all inheritance and estate taxes becoming due by reason of my death,
whether such taxes may be payable by my estate or by any recipient of any property shall
be paid by my Co-Executors out of the property passing under Item II of this Will, as an
expense and cost of administration of my estate. My Co-Executors shall have no duty or
obligation to obtain reimbursement of any such tax so paid, even though on proceeds of
insurance or other property not passing under this Will. In the absolute discretion of my
Co-Executors, such taxes may be paid immediately, or the Co-Executors may postpone
the payment of taxes on future or remainder interests until the time possession thereof
accrues to the beneficiaries.
Item II.
I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, of
whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate at the time of my death, to my children, Jack
Holland< Jr., Robert W. Holland, Ronald L. Holland, Verdie M. Whitekettle, Sheryl A.
Beaston, Mary E. Black and Russell W. Holland. In the event any of my children should
predecease me, the share that he or she would have received shall be distributed in equal
shares amon~my surviving children. / -
Item III.
I nominate, constitute and appoint my sons, Jack Holland, Jr. and Ronald L.
Holland, as Co-Executors of this, my Last Will and Testament. It is my desire that my
Co-Executors shall serve without bond.

to this, my Last Will and Testament, typewritten on this and one (1) other page, this 3rd
day of January, 2002.

[72 P.S. Ii 9118 (a)(1.1) (i)].
For dates of death on or after January 1, 1995, the tax rate is imposed on the net value of transfers to or for the use of the surviving spouse is 0% [72 P.S. § 9116 (a)(1.1) (ii)].
The statute does not exempt a transfer to a surviving spouse from tax, and the statutory requirements for disclosure of assets and filing a tax return are still applicable even if
the surviving spouse is the only beneficiary.

The tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers from a deceased child twenty-one years of age or younger at death to or for the use of a natu.ral parent, an adoptive parent,
or a stepparent of the child is 0% [72 P.S. §9118(aX1.2)].

I, VERDIE E.HOLLAND, of Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make and publish
this, my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me at any time
heretofore made.
Item I.
I direct that all inheritance and estate taxes becoming' due by reason of my death,
whether such taxes may be payable by my estate or by any recipient of any property shall
be paid by my Co-Executors out of the property passing under Item II of this Will, as an
expense and cost of administration of my estate. My Co-Executors shall have no duty or
obligation to obtain reimbursement of any such tax so paid, even though on proceeds of
insurance or other property not passing under this Will. In the absolute discretion of my
Co-Executors, such taxes may be paid immediately, or the Co-Executors may postpone
the payment of taxes on future or remainder interests until the time possession thereof
accrues to the beneficiaries.
Item II.
I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, of
whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate at the time of my death, to my children, Jack
Holland< Jr., Robert W. Holland, Ronald L. Holland, Verdie M. Whitekettle, Sheryl A.
Beaston, Mary E. Black and Russell W. Holland. In the event any of my children should
predecease me, the share ~that he or she would have received shall be distributed in equal
shares amon~my surviving children.
Item III.
I nominate, constitute and appoint my sons, Jack Holland, Jr. and Ronald L.
Holland, as Co-Executors of this, my Last Will and Testament. It is my desire that my
Co-Executors shall serve without bond.

If any tax due is paid within three (3) calendar months after the decedent's death, a five percent (SI) discount of
the tax paid is allowed.
The 15X tax amnesty non-participation penalty is computed on the total of the tax and interest assessed, and not
paid before January 18, 1996, the first day after the end of the tax amnesty period. This non-participation
penalty is appealable in the same manner and in the the same time period as you would appeal the tax and interest
that has been assessed as indicated on this notice.
Interest is charged beginning with first day of delinquency, or nine (9) months and one (1) day from the date of
death, to the date of payment. Taxes which became delinquent before January 1, 1982 bear interest at the rate of
six (61) percent per annum calculated at a daily rate of .000164. AIl taxes which became delinquent on and after
January 1, 1981 will bear interest at a rate which will vary from calendar year to calendar year aith that rate

NOW, THEREFORE, we, and each of us, the said Jack Holland,
Jr., Ronald L. Holland, Russell W. Holland, Robert W. Holland,
Verdie M. Whitekettle, Mary E. Black and Sheryl A. Beaston, do by
these presents, remise, release, quit-claim and forever discharge
the said Jack Holland, Jr. and Ronald L. Holland, their heirs,
executors and administrators, of and from our said shares or
dividends of the Estate aforesaid, and of and from all actions,
suits, payments, accounts, reckonings, claims and demands
whatsoever, for or by reason thereof, or of any act, matter,
cause or thing whatsoever, from the beginning of the world to the
day and date of these presents.
