PETERMAN, DECEASED NO 21-2008-1250 DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WILLS AND NOW, this 15th day of January, 2009, upon consideration of the Affidavit of Peter J. Russo, Esquire and Lois M. Newman, dated January 5, 2009, which states that the asset of the estate will remain in the control of Peter J. Russo, Esquire, TT IS HEREBY DECREED that the surety bond in the amount of $240,000 is waived. IT IS FURTHER DECREED that Letters of Administration c.t.a. are hereby issued to Peter J. Russo, Esquire and Lois M. Newman, as co-administrators. Peter J. Russo, Esquire and Lois M.
