personal and mixed, whatsoever and wheresoever the same may be situate, to my daughter,
LOIS M. NEWMAN, absolutely and unconditionally.
LASTLY, I nominate, constitute and appoint my niece, DIANE M. NILSEN,
Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament and direct that she be excused from posting
bond or other security for the faithful performance of her duties, in any jurisdiction.
