Letters filed by Adele Marie Sims, dated and filed on January 15, 2009, for the estate of Harold Thomas
Sims TT IS HEREBY DECREED that the Petitioners shall post surety bond in the amount of
$4000.00. IT IS ALSO DECREED that upon filing the Bond of Personal Representative, Letters
of Administration shall be granted to Adele Marie Sims.
