CHESTER V. LANDIS ~
I, CHESTER V. LANDIS, of Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do ~,
make and publish this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking
and making void all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made. i'~
ITEM I. I direct that all my just debts
and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied as soon as
conveniently may be after my decease.
ITEM II. I give the Landis coat of arms
to my nephew, David Landis, of Georgia.
ITEM III. I give unto my sister, Aretta
Landis Perdigao, my coin collection. In addition, I give her the
cash sum of Fifteen Thousand ($15,000.00) Dollars, provided she
survives my death.
ITEM IV. I give all of the rest, residue'
and remainder of my estate equally among the following nieces and',
nephews of my wife and myself, provided they survive my death:
(a) Samuel Wayne Landis, Jr.
(b) Donna Suzette Landis Murphy.
(c) Timothy Alan Landis.
(d) Carol Annette Landis Zimmerman.
(e) David Andrew Landis.
(f) Sherrie Ann Landis Klase.
(g) Diann Louise Knapp.
(h) Michael Gene Knapp.
(i) John Antonio Perdigao.
(j) David Elwood Row.
(k) James Allen Row.
(1) Judy Louise Sheesley Dreibelbis.
ITEM V. It is hereby directed that my
Executor, hereinafter named, shall pay all inheritance, state,
succession and legacy taxes to which my estate or the transfer of
any property hereunder may be subject and to charge such tax as
part of the administration, payable out of my residuary estate.
ITEM VI. I nominate, constitute and
appoint my sister, Aretta Landis Perdigao, to be and act as my sole
Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament. In the event of
renunciation, death, resignation or inability to act for any reason
whatsoever of my sister, Aretta Landis Perdigao, I nominate,
constitute and appoint my stepdaughter, Marsha Alandar, as
Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament. No personal
representative or fiduciary appointed herein shall be required to
post bond or give any security.

the foregoing instrument, being first duly sworn and qualified
according to law, do hereby acknowledge and declare to the
undersigned authority that the Testator signed and executed the
instrument as his last Will in the presence of the witnesses, that
he signed willingly or willingly directed another to sign for him,
that he executed it as his free and voluntary act for the purposes
therein expressed, that each of the witnesses, in the presence and
hearing of the Testator, signed the Will as witnesses, and that to
the best of their knowledge, the Testator was at that time eighteen
years of age or older, of sound mind and under no constraint or
undue influence.
