SHERIFF'S RETURN OF SERVICE
03/23/2009 05:45 PM -Michael Barrick, Deputy Sheriff, who being duly sworn according to law, states that on March
23, 2009 at 1745 hours, he served a true copy of the within writ of execution, upon the defendant, to wit:
Terrie L. Smith, by making known unto Terrie L. Smith, at 16 W. Keller Street, Mechanicsburg,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17055 its contents and at the same time handing to her personally the
said true and correct copy of the same. Upon serving the writ of execution, a levy was completed.
Postcard mailed to attorney and letter mailed to defendant on 03-27-09.
05/20/2010 Ronny R. Anderson, Sheriff, who being duly sworn according to law, states this writ of execution is
returned as ABANDONED. No action on writ in over 6 months.
