I have carefully examined the Accounting given me by M & T Investment Group, Executor, and accept and approve said Accounting with the same force and effect as if it had been duly filed in the Office of the Register of Wills of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and audited in the Orphans' Court of said County, and had been adjudicated and confirmed absolutely and the amounts paid had been awarded by said Court. If any additional assets are discovered, I understand that Messiah Village will receive its share of them after payment of any additional expenses including taxes. It will also share in the payment of any additional bill that may come in.
