fees; and
5. Aself-addressed, postage prepaid envelope for return mail.
Please file the original Inventory and Inheritance Tax Return. Please forward a copy of
the Inheritance Tax Return to the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue. Please return adate-
stamped copy of the Inventory and the cover page of the tax return to my attention in the
enclosed envelope, along with an Official Receipt for the Inheritance Tax payment.
