the annexed Petition and upon motion of JOSEPH L. RIDER, Esquire, Attorney for petitioner.
distribution of the residuary estate of the above-named decedent is hereby directed in favor of
Joseph L. Rider, Trustee who shall pay all expenses set forth in ¶8 of the Petition and distribute
the balance to Helen C. Turner Groff and Lexa R. Robeson in equal shares as residuary
beneficiaries under the Will of the above captioned decedent. Helen C. Turner Groff is to be
recognized as the proper claimant for the Commonwealth Annuities and Life Insurance Co. life
insurance proceeds. This Decree of Distribution shall in all respects have the same effect as a
Decree of Distribution after an accounting by a personal representative.
