ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 19th day of January, 2006, after
hearing, it is hereby ordered and directed that counsel for
Marcia Hull prepare a final order for consideration by this Court
along with a legal brief in support thereof. This proposed order
will be provided to the Court on or before January 25, 2006.
Marcia Hull's brief shall be filed on or before January 30, 2006.
Said order shall be distributed and served on all of
the remaining parties to include the Estate, Lawrence Hull in his
personal capacity, and Tracy Hull. It is further ordered and
directed that they file any objections to the proposed order with
the Court on or before January 30, 2006, along with a legal brief
in support of their position with regard to their objections.
