ORDER
AND NOW this \L./ll day of ~, 2005, upon consideration of the within joint
petition, it is herebydRoERED and DECREED, that:
I. William A. Duncan, Esquire is hereby discharged of his duties as Auditor and his
appointment is vacated;
2. The said Auditor shall submit his bill to the Executor of the Estate of Herbert L.
Hull within thirty (30) days following the date of this Order, and the said Executor shall
make payment of same within ten (10) days thereafter;
3. That Family Settlement Agreement attached to the within petition shall be filed at
the Office of the Register of Wills and its terms shall be enforceable by any party thereto
upon application to this Court; and
4. This Court retains jurisdiction over this matter pending performance of all terms
ofthe said Family Settlement Agreement by the parties thereto.
