COMPLAINT
1. The Plaintiff is an adult individual residing at 92 Locust Trail, Newville,
Pennsylvania 17241.
2. The Defendant is an adult individual residing at 49 Carlisle Road,
Newville, Pennsylvania 17421.
3. The facts and occurrences hereinafter related took place on or about June
10, 2008, on Route 233, Newville, Pennsylvania.
4. At the time and place aforesaid, Plaintiff was the owner and operator of a
2008 Toyota, which she had stopped on High Street intending to make a left hand turn.
5. At the time and place aforesaid, Defendant was the operator of a 1998
Dodge Ram, which she drove into the rear of Plaintiff's stopped vehicle, resulting in the
damages hereinafter set forth.
6. The aforesaid accident and the damages resulting therefrom were due to
the negligence of the Defendant in that she:
a) failed to keep a proper lookout for other vehicles;
b) operated her vehicle at a speed so as to be unable to stop within the
assured clear distance ahead; and

c) operated her vehicle in a careless and negligent manner.
7. Solely as a result of Defendant's negligence, Plaintiff sustained damages
totaling TWO THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED and 91/100 ($2,100.91) DOLLARS.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands judgment against the Defendant in an amount
not in excess of mandatory arbitration limits.

ago. An exact address is not available.
