THIS AGREENFN'P made this `~ day of 2 09, by
and between Tamanini Homauss, LI.C, herei a er referr~d to as
Contractor, /~,
AND
Clifford A. Karlsea and Laura J. Karlsen, husband and
wife hereinafter referred to as Owners, whereby the contractor
undertook and agreed to erected and construct a dwelling on the
certain lot of ground situate in Monroe Township, Cumberland
Couaty, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and more fully described in
Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a part hereof known
as Lot #44 Trindle Station, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS piGliSEMErPP WITNESSETHs That the. said
Contractor, for an in consideration of the sum of ($1.00) 'Dollar to
Contractor in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the
agreement aforesaid, for itself, himself or themselves and its, his
or their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under
them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims shall
be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said
buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on
account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of
them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about
the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot
above described, and the said Contractor, for itself, himself or
themselves, its, his or their subcontractors and others under them,
hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and
maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings
or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right
of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

All that certain tract of land situated in Monroe Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, being a portion of Tax Parcel 22-09-0541-011 known as
Trindle Station as depicted on the Final Subdivision Plan for Section 1 of
Trindle Station -Phase 2 prepared by Alpha Consulting Engineers, Inc. having
Instrument Number 200801802 assigned in the Cumberland County Recorder
of Deeds office, being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point along the southern right-of--way of Genevieve Drive,
said point being a common lot corner of Lot 43 (of Section 1 of Trindle Station
-Phase 2) and Lot 44 (of Section 1 of Trindle Station -Phase 2); thence along
Lot 43 (of Section 1 of Trindle Station -Phase 2) South 00 degrees 37 minutes
57 seconds East a distance of 105.00 feet to a point at Open Space B; thence
along Open Space B (of Section 1 of Trindle Station -Phase 2) by a curve to
the right with a radius of 630.00 feet, an arc length of 125.96 feet, with a chord
bearing of North 84 degrees 54 minutes 17 seconds West, a chord distance of
125.75 feet to a point at Lot 45; thence along Lot 45 (of Section 1 of Trindle
Station -Phase 2) North 10 degrees 49 minutes 23 seconds East a distance of
105.00 feet to a point at the southern right-of--way of Genevieve Drive; thence
along the southern right-of--way of Genevieve Drive by a curve to the left with
a radius of 525.00 feet, an arc length of 104.97 feet, with a chord bearing of
South 84 degrees 54 minutes 17 seconds East, a chord distance of 104.79 feet
to a point, being the place of BEGINNING.
