LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT ~_~i ~j
I, SHIRLEY M. NEALY, of the 7bumship of Southa~ton, County of
Cumberland and Conmonwealth of Eennsylvania, declare this to be my Last Will
and Testament and revoke any will or codicil previously made by me.
ITEM I. - I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses, including
my gravemarker and all expenses of my last illness, shall be paid from my
residuary estate as soon as practicable after my decease as a part of the
expense of the administration of my estate.
IDTEM II. - I give, devise and bequeath the rest, residue and remainder
of my estate, be it real or personal, and wheresoever situate to my son,
Mark, INTRUST
to be held by my hereinafter named Trustee to
pay the income and so much of the principal which he in his sole discretion
deems necessary for the care, maintenance and support of my son, Mark, until
he shall attain the age of thirty (30) years. Any real estate of which I die
seized shall beheld in trust for my son, Mark, and shall not be sold,
alienated, encimlbered, or otherwise pledged for any indebtedness during
the life of this trust. Upon Mark's attainment of the age of thirty (30)
years, said trust shall be terminated and the principal, income and real
estate held by my hereinafter Warned Trustee shall be distributed to my son,
Mark, his heirs and assigns.
ITEM III. - I appoint Elwood C. Nealy Executor of and Trustee under
this my Last Will.
ITEM IV. - I direct that my Executor end Trustee or his successor shall
not be required to give bond for the faithful performance of his duties
in any jurisdiction.
