ON DEMAND, we, CHERYL MILLER and SPENCER MILLER of 847 Oakville Road,
Newville, Pennsylvania promise to pay to the order of Trinity Day Care Center, Walnut Bottom,
Pennsylvania, the sum of Two Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-five and 70/100 ($2,975.70) Dollars,
payable as follows: $100.00 per month payable on the last Wednesday day of each and every month,
with the first payment commencing February 25, 2009 and continuing thereafter until paid in full. The
obligation can be paid in full without penalty at any time by tendering the unpaid principal balance to
Trinity Day Care Center. The Debtors shall be jointly and severally liable for the debt.
And to secure the payment of said amount, we do hereby authorize and empower, irrevocably, any
attorney of any Court of Record to appear for us in such Court, in term time or vacation, at any time
hereafter, and confess judgment, without process, in favor of the holder of this Note, for such amount as
may appear to be unpaid thereon, whether due or not together with costs, and to waive and release all
errors which may intervene in such proceedings and to consent to immediate execution upon such
judgment, with five (5%) percent attorney's fees charged; hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said
attorney may do by virtue hereof.
