Dear Ms. Sanders:
On Apri12, 2008 you and Mark Edwin Biddle filed a Petition for Probate and Grant of
Letters with my office.
A Decree of the Register of Wills was issued on April 2, 2008, setting bond in the
amount of $40,000.00.
If a bond is not received and probate does not occur by January 1, 2009, a decree will be
issued denying your petition.
A new Petition for Probate and Grant of Letters will be required in order to probate the
estate of Edwin Gregory Biddle.
