NOTICE is hereby given that the First and Final Account and Statement of Proposed
Distribution of Judy M. Wood, Administratrix for the Estate of Donald H. Schwartz, will be filed in
the Office of the Clerk of the Orphans' Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas of
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, on or before January 30, 2009 and that the same will be
confirmed by the Court on March 3, 2009, unless written objections are filed with the Clerk of
the Orphans' Court Division on or before 9:00 A.M. (prevailing time) on January 30, 2009 in
accordance with the Rules of the Orphans' Court Division of the Cumberland County Court of
Common Pleas.
A copy of the First and Final Account and Statement of Proposed Distribution is
enclosed herewith.
