ULRICH, DECEASED IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS OF CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA ORPHANS' COURT DIVISION NO. 20 -01020 RECEIPT AND RELEASE KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that the undersigned, SHERYL ANN HAZLETT, does hereby acknowledge receipt from MANUFACTURERS AND TRADERS TRUST COMPANY, Executor under the Last Will and Testament of Evelyn B. Ulrich, of the following: One hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00) cash distribution on account of the undersigned's interest under ITEM 2(b) of decedent's Last Will and Testament. IN CONSIDERATION of said receipt, the undersigned does hereby release, remise, quit claim and forever discharge the Executor of and from all actions, suits, payments, accounts, reckonings, claims and demands whatsoever for or by reason of said distribution. AND to the extent of the distribution, the undersigned does hereby agree to indemnify and save harmless the Executor from and against any and all losses, damages, costs, verdicts, judgments, awards and/or expenses which the Executor may suffer, incur, be put to, pay or lay out by reason of having made said distribution to the undersigned, and the undersigned agrees to refund all or any portion of the above-described distribution to the Executor upon receipt of such a request from the Executor. n ~.., . , ~ ~o c~ . !--` ' fw tl1.r Q al .- _.. l ` ~ ~~ - ~ .. ~ ^ ` i v •~ © ~ It is the intention of the undersigned to be legally bound by this instrument.
