Box 6508, Mesa, AZ 85216-6508, is authorized to transact business within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. 2. Defendant, Richard L Webber, is an individual who resides at 76 N High St Newville, Pa 17241. 3. Defendant, Judith Webber, is an individual who resides at 76 N High St Newville, Pa 17241. 4. At all times relevant, Plaintiff, was in the business of loaning money on motor vehicle installment contracts and leasing vehicles financed by Ford Motor Credit Company, including but not limited to the lease agreement entered into by the Defendant(s) , hereinafter more fully described. A copy of the Lease Agreement which is attached and marked as Exhibit A. 5. On or about February 15, 2006, the Defendant(s) entered into a written Lease Agreement, (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract") with FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY, A Delaware Limited Liability Company, for the purpose of leasing a 2006 Ford F- 150 in the amount of 35954.00. (See Exhibit A). 6. Defendant(s) took possession of the motor vehicle identified in the Contract (hereinafter, the "Motor Vehicle"). 7. Pursuant to the terms of the Contract, if the Motor Vehicle's mileage at termination of the Contract exceeds the permitted mileage, Defendant(s) agreed to pay for the excess mileage. 8. Pursuant to the terms of the Contract, Defendant(s) agreed to pay for any excess wear and tear to the Motor Vehicle at termination of the Contract. 9. The Contract has been terminated and there remains a balance due for excess mileage and/or wear and tear in the amount of $1243.60. See breakdown of lease end charges attached as Exhibit"B". 10. The $1243.60 is immediately due and owing and demand has been made for payment, but Defendant has failed to pay. 11. The total amount due and owing to Plaintiff is $1243.60.
