REAL ESTATE
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot of land situate in the Township of Lower Allen,
County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, known and numbered as Lot No. 19,
Block "N" on a Plan of Lots of Highland Park showing Blocks "M", "N", O"O, P"P, "Q",
"R", "S" and "T", said Plan being recorded in the Cumberland County Recorder's Office in
Plan Book 4, Page 98, said Lot No. Nineteen (19) Block "N" beginning at a point on the
northerly line of Kelton Road at line of Lot No. 18, Block "N" on the hereinbefore mentioned
Plan; thence along said lot in a northerly direction one hundred eleven and one one-
hundredths (111.01) feet to a point on the southerly line of Lot No. 5, Block "N"; thence
along said lot and line of Lots Nos. 4 and 3, Block "N" in a westerly direction eighty-one and
ninety-one one-hundredths (81.91) feet to a point at line of Lot No. 20, Block "N"; thence
along said lot in a southerly direction one hundred twenty-four and eighty-eight hundredths
(124.88) feet to a point on the northerly line of Kelton Road; thence along Kelton Road in an
easterly direction fifty-five (55) feet to a point, the place of BEGINNING.
HAVING thereon erected a one story brick and frame dwelling house known and
