AND NOW, comes Monroe Township Municipal. Authority, of 1220
Boiling Springs Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, by and through
its Solicitor, Jennifer B. Hipp, Esquire, and files the following
municipal claim against Joseph R. Magaro and Jennifer Magaro,
husband and wife, owning property located at 804 and 808
Fairfield Street, Mechanicsburg, Monroe Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, 17055, their last known mailing address
being: 5911 Stephens Crossing, Mechanicsburg, Hampden Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17055. Joseph R. Magaro and
Jennifer Magaro are the owners of all that certain lot of ground,
including any improvements thereon, being more fully described as
follows:
ALL THOSE THREE CERTAIN tracts of ground situate in Monroe
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, described as
follows, to wit:
TRACT NO. 1: ALL THAT CERTAIN lot of ground situate in
Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, on the
North side of Fairfield Street, being Lot No. 86 in a
certain plan of lots known as "Point Comfort", laid out for
George B. Vogelsong and Minnie C. Vogelsong, his wife, by
Clark A. Bryan, Engineer and Surveyor. The above described
lot of ground is granted and conveyed subject to the
restriction that no building shall be erected on said lot
within twenty feet of the front line of the said lot.
TRACT N0. 2: ALL THAT CERTAIN lot of ground situate in
Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, situated
on the North side of Fairfield Street, being Lot No. 87 on a
certain plan of lots known as "Point Comfort", as laid out
for George B. Vogelsong and Minnie C. Vogelsong, his wife,
by Clark A. Bryan, Engineer and Surveyor.
TRACT N0. 3: ALL THAT CERTAIN lot of ground situate in
Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, situated
on the North side Fairfield Street, having a frontage on
said street of 50 feet, and a width in the rear of 50 feet,
and a depth of 141.5 feet. Said lot being bounded on the
South by said Fairfield Street; on the East by Lot No. 87 on
the hereinafter mentioned plan of lots; on the North by a 5
foot private right-of-way or alley; and on the West by Lot
No. 89 on said plan. Being Lot No. 88 on a certain plan of
lots known as "Point Comfort", laid out for George B.
Vogelsong and Minnie C. Vogelsong, his wife, by Clark A.
Bryan, Engineer and Surveyor.
HAVING THEREON ERECTED an apartment building known and
numbered as 804-808B Fairfield Street, Mechanicsburg,
Pennsylvania, formerly erroneously designated as 804-806A.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES WHICH Robert R. Zeigler, Jr., single
man, by deed dated March 31, 1998 and recorded April 1,
1998, in the Cumberland County Record of Deeds Office in
Deed Book 174, Page 618, granted and conveyed unto Joseph R.
Magaro and Jennifer Magaro, husband and wife, Owners.

Monroe Township Municipality Authority hereby files this

Municipal Lien for Services and Sewer Rates levied and assessed
from January 1, 2007 through and up to and including December 31,
2008 (First calendar quarter 2007 through and including fourth
calendar quarter 2008). Said Authority services and sewer rates
were levied and assessed pursuant to Authority Resolution No. 02-
04, same being known as a Resolution of the Board of Monroe
Township Municipal Authority imposing user charges to be
collected from the owners of each improved property served or to
be served by this Authority's sewer systems; and providing for
payment and collection of such user charges. Attached hereto and
incorporated herein are the statements forwarded by Monroe
Township Municipal Authority to Joseph R. Magaro and Jennifer
Magaro for sewerage due to be treated from January 1, 2007
through and up to and including December 31, 2008 (First calendar
quarter 2007 through and including fourth calendar quarter 2008),
which services total is in the amount of $2,941.78, which sum was
duly assessed against Joseph R. Magaro and Jennifer Magaro, and
the real property described herein from the date of said billing
statements as attached hereto, and for which sum, with interest
in the amount of ten (10~) percent, along with penalties and all
costs, including attorneys' fees, a municipal lien is claimed

against the above-described real property and premises in
accordance with the Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, §7, as
amended, 53 P.S. §7101, et seq, as amended (Municipal Claims and
Tax Liens).

Dear Mr. Magaro:
I am contacting you on behalf of Monroe Township relative to your sewer accounts #713
and 714. This account is delinquent. As of the last billing notice, same being dated November
15, 2008, the delinquency is in the amount of 62,941.78. The purpose of this letter is to request
that these accounts be brought current. If the accounts are not brought current within thirty (30)
days of receipt of this letter, a Municipal Lien ~ be placed against real estate owned by you,
same being known and numbered as 804 and 806 Fairfield Street, Mechanicsburg, PA. This
will result in filing fees, service costs and attorney's fees. Attorney's fees that are incurred with
respect to the collection of this delinquent account will be assessed. Attorney's fees will be
charged at the current rate. Attorney's fees will be imposed and/or assessed if this amount
remains delinquent after thirty (30) days from the mailing of this notice . The imposition of
assessment of attorney's fees may be avoided by you making payment in full of the delinquency
within thirty(30) days of receipt of this letter as set forth herein.
