MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SERVICES AND SEWER RATES
AND NOW, comes Monroe Township Municipal Authority, of 1220
Boiling Springs Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, by and through
its Solicitor, Jennifer B. Hipp, Esquire, and files the following
municipal claim against Charles F. Todd, Jr. and Theresa L. Todd,
husband and wife, owning property located at 803 West Keller
Street, Mechanicsburg, Monroe Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, 17055, their last known mailing address being: $03
West Keller Street, Monroe Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania 17055. Charles F. Todd, Jr. and Theresa L. Todd are
the owners of all that certain lot of ground, including any
improvements thereon, being more fully described as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in the Township of
Monroe, County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, more
particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the South side of West Keller
Street; said point being the dividing line between Lot Nos.
4 and 5 on the hereinafter mentioned plan of lots; thence
southwardly along said dividing line, a distance of one
hundred ten (110) feet to Lot No. 8; thence along said Lot
No. 8 eastwardly a distance of seventy-five (75) feet to Lot
No. 6 on said plan; thence northwestwardly along Lot No. 6,
a distance of one hundred ten (110) feet to the southerly
line of West Keller Street; thence West along West Keller
Street a distance of seventy-five (75) feet to Lot No. 4,
the place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No. 5 on the Plan of Monroe Gardens, as recorded
in the Cumberland County Recorder's Office in Plan Book 10,
Page 60.
HAVING THEREON erected a single brick dwelling house known
and numbered as 803 West Keller Street, Mechanicsburg,
Pennsylvania.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES WHICH Christopher W. Slusser and
Rita R. Slusser, husband and wife, by deed dated November
29, 1993 and recorded December 6, 1993, in the Cumberland
County Recorder of Deeds Office, in Deed Book R, Volume 36,
Page 406, granted and conveyed unto Charles F. Todd, Jr. and
Theresa L. Todd, husband and wife, Owners.
Tax Parcel No. 22-24-0783-155
Monroe Township Municipality Authority hereby files this
Municipal Lien for Services and Sewer Rates levied and assessed
from October 1, 2007 through and up to and including December 31,
2008 (Fourth calendar quarter 2007 through and including fourth
calendar quarter 2008). Said Authority services and sewer rates
were levied and assessed pursuant to Authority Resolution No. 02-
04, same being known as a Resolution of the Board of Monroe
Township Municipal Authority imposing user charges to be
collected from the owners of each improved property served or to
be served by this Authority's sewer systems; and providing for

payment and collection of such user charges. Attached hereto and
incorporated herein are the statements forwarded by Monroe
Township Municipal Authority to Charles F. Todd, Jr. and Theresa
L. Todd for sewerage due to be treated from October 1, 2007
through and up to and including December 31, 2008 (Fourth
calendar quarter 2007 through and including fourth calendar
quarter 2008}, which services total is in the amount of
$1,045.00, which sum was duly assessed against Charles F. Todd,
Jr. and Theresa L. Todd, and the real property described herein
from the date of said billing statements as attached hereto, and
for which sum, with interest in the amount of ten (10~) percent,
along with penalties and all costs, including attorneys' fees, a
municipal lien is claimed against the above-described real
property and premises in accordance with the Act of May 16, 1923,
P.L. 207, §7, as amended, 53 P.S. §7101, et seq, as amended
(Municipal Claims and Tax Liens}.

Dear Mr. Todd:
I am contacting you on behalf of Monroe Township relative to your sewer account #758.
This account is delinquent. As of the last billing notice, same being dated November 15, 2008,
the delinquency is in the amount of $1,045.00. The purpose of this letter is to request that these
accounts be brought curreat. If the accounts are not brought current within thirty (30) days of
receipt of this letter, a Municipal Lien ~ be placed against real estate owned by you, same
being known anti numbered as 803 W. Keller Street, Mechanicsburg, PA: This will result in
filing fees, service costs and attorney's fees. Attorney's fees that are incurred with respect to the
collection of this delinquent account will be assessed. Attorney's fees will be charged at the
current rate. Attorney's fees will be imposed and/or assessed if this amount remains delinquent
after thirty (30) days from the mailing of this notice . The imposition of assessment of attorney's
fees may be avoided by you making payment in full of the delinquency within thirty(30) days of
receipt of this letter as set forth herein.
