Petitioner is Sara Jane Gandy, an adult individual residing at 55 Cavalry'~~~; ~ • = t ~', _ w Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17013. She is the wife of the ~ecedent, ~ Harry C. Gandy, who died intestate. May 11, 2008, with whom she lived prior to death. 2. Petitioner is capable of performing tasks as Administratrix of the estate. 3. There are two children of the deceased: one daughter and one son. 4. The son, Christopher J. Gandy, has renounced his interest to act as Administratrix. 5. The daughter, Weslia C. Gandy, has not renounced upon request and is not willing to renounce her interest to act as Administratrix for no known reason. 6. Wells Fargo Mortgage Inc. is in a position to foreclose on the family home which is the only source of residence of Petitioner, because there is no Administratrix. 7. Petitioner requests the Court to appoint Petitioner as Administratrix of the Estate of Harry C. Gandy and to issue a Rule to show cause why the citation should not be granted to so appoint. She has limited funds and requests that no bond issue. WHEREFORE, Petitioner asks the Court to appoint her as Administratrix of the Estate of Harry C. Gandy. ~3 lly John .
