Gladfelter, deceased, their share of the decedent's estate as set forth in the Last Will and Testament of the decedent. The same being in full satisfaction of their share as provided therein. The ~~ndersigned do hereby by these presents, remise, release, quit-claim and forever discharge the said M & T Bank, Executor, its successors and assigns, of and from the payment of any other or further sum in satisfaction and payment of their share of the estate of the said decedent, and of and from all actions, suits, claims, duties and demands whatsoever arising therefrom. The undersigned further agree to indemnify the said M & T Bank, Executor, and to hold it harmless from ar.Y claims or demands presented against the estate of the said decedent subsequent to the execution of this Release, including, but not limited to, any federal, state or local income taxes, transfer inheritance, estate or death taxes, together with any interest or penalties thereon and together with any costs, expenses and counsel fees associated therewith, if any. ~cxuav~aan~ _. _ ,- -; r'_ r1r i__ a (~j . , . ~ :~~, c V 1 ' In consideration of this distribution, the undersigned agree that they shall be firmly bound unto M & T Bank, Executor of the Estate of Jcan D. Gladfelter, and/or to CGA Law Firm, attorneys for the estate of Jean D.
