1. Petitioner is Sara Jane Gandy, an adult individual residing at 55 Cavalr~Road, t,,a _ "- ^ r"s

Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17013. She was the wife of the Decedent,
Harry C. Gandy, who died intestate May 11, 2008, with whom she lived prior to death.
2. Petitioner is capable of performing tasks as Administratrix of the estate.
3. Respondents are two children of the deceased: a son Christopher J. Gandy, who has
renounced his interest to act as Administratrix; and a daughter Weslia C. Gandy, who
has refused to respond to the opportunity to renounce her interest to act as
Administratrix, for no known reason.
4. Wells Fargo Mortgage Inc. is in a position to foreclose on the family home which is the
only source of residence of Petitioner, because there is no Administratrix. Time is of
the essence.
5. Petitioner requests the Court to appoint Petitioner as Administratrix of the Estate of
Harry C. Gandy, and to that end to issue a Rule to show cause why the citation should
not be granted to so appoint. She has limited funds and requests that no bond issue.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner asks the Court to issue the Rule and to appoint her as
Administratrix of the Estate of Harry C. Gandy.
