This case having come on for hearing on the motion of the trustee Ronald J. Gerts to sell real
estate located at 41 E. South St., Carlisle, Pennsylvania, due proof of notice having been shown, the
trustee appearing in his own proper person, no other person appearing, and the Court finding that the
property should be sold for the reason that it is an old apartment building that may cost the estate
more than it will earn thereby harming the interests of the income beneficiary, however the property
shall not be sold until the terms of sale are approved by the Court, and the court being fully apprised
in the premises;
WHEREFORE IT IS ORDERED that the trustee is permitted to list the real estate located
at 41 E. South St., Carlisle, Pennsylvania for sale, and it is further ordered that the property shall not
be sold until the terms of sale are approved by the Court.
