DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WILLS
AND NOW, this 5th day of February, 2009, upon consideration of the Petition for a Rule to Show
Cause Why Citation Should Not Be Granted and the Petition for Granted of Letters, filed by Sara Jane
Gandy for the estate of Harry C. Gandy, the Register of Wills renders the following decisions:
IT IS HEREBY DECREED that posting of bond is waived, as the estate has no asset other
than real property.
IT IS ALSO DECREED that Letters of Administration are granted to Sara Jane Gandy.
Sara Jane Gandy shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the laws of Pennsylvania and
shall proceed with the administration of this estate according to law.
