THIS NOTICE REPLACES THE NOTICE SENT TO YOU DATED
JANUARY 26, 2009.
Dear Ms. Kubeika:
Dear Mr. Kubeika:
This letter constitutes the notice required to be given to Kathryn Kubeika under
Pa. O.C. Rule 6.3 of the call for audit or confirmation of the Petition for Adjudication/
Statement of Proposed Distribution Pursuant to Pa. O.C. Rule 6.9 (the "Petition") and
corresponding Final Account of Daniel J. Coppens, Administrator for the Estate of Diane
Mazie Coppens, Deceased (the "Final Account") filed before the Orphans Court of
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and replaces the notice previously sent to you dated
January 26, 2009. The only difference in this notice is the date of the audit and before
which objections must be filed. No changes have been made to the Petition or the Final
Account, copies of which were previously provided to you with the previous notice dated
January 26, 2009.
The date, time and place of audit is as follows:
