PREPARED. DECEDENT WAS NOT MARRIED AT THE TIME OF
HER DEATH. EXECUTOR, HER SON, WAS HER SOLE ISSUE AND
WAS THE SOLE BENEFICIARY UNDER HER WILL. MORE THAN
ONE YEAR PASSED SINCE THE FIRST ADVERTISEMENT OF THE
ESTATE. ACCORDINGLY, EXECUTOR BELIEVED THAT NO
FORMAL OR INFORMAL ACCOUNTING WAS NECESSARY
