STIPULATION AGAINST IJEN$
WHEREAS, PHILYANK LLP, of 1820 Linglestown Road, Haxrisbur8, Pennsylvania, is
about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with PYRAMID CONSTRUCTION
SERVICES, INC., of 4425 Valley Road, Enola, Cumberland County, Pen-?lvauia, 17025 for site
preparation and construction of au office building and other improveraents to be built upon a lot of
land situate at 2225 Millennium Way (Lot #5 of Pyramid Commercial Park),
E~oln, Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, raore fully
described in Schedule A.
NOW, ~ a~q ,2004, at the time of and immediately before tl~ execution of
the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owner to the said
ConU'sctor to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for thc same in
consideration ofth~ making of the said comxact with PYRAMID CONSTRUCTION SERVICES.
INC., and thc further consideration of One Dollar to PYRAMID CONSTRUCTION SERVICES,
INC., paid by PHILYANK LLP, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the
contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for
any labor, or materials purchased, or ~xt~ labor or materials purchased for the site preparation,
constructkm of the building or parking a~a and additional improvements to the Lot, the right to file
such liens being expressly waived.
