Please be advised that I represent the above Estate and have received your notice dated
January 26, 2009 regarding the filing of the Inheritance Tax R eturn on behalf of the Estate.
At the present time, the filing of the Inheritance Tax Retum has been delayed as a result
of a possible sale of the decedent's business property in which the decedent was a joint owner
Unless there is a dramatic improvement in the economy, the net proceeds of this asset will be less
than the debts of the decedent. Fox Inheritance Tax purposes, the Estate will most likely be
insolvent.
We would therefor request an extension of at least 6 months in order to hopefully
complete the sale of the real estate and file the Inheritance Tax Return.
