I, GEORGE J. ELI AS, of Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and
understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this as
and for my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all
other wills and codicils heretofore made by me.

I direct that all of the estate, inheritance amend
succession taxes on property passing on account of my
death, whether under this Will or otherwise, shall be paid
out of the principal of my general estate to the same
effect as if said taxes were expenses of administration,
and all legacies, devises, and other gifts of principal and
income made by this my Will, or by any codicil hereto,
shall be free and clear thereof.
THIRD
I give, devise and bequeath all tangible personal
property owned by me at the time of my death, together with
all insurance policies thereon, unto my wife, SUSANNE
ELIAS, if she survives me by thirty (30) days. In the
event she fails to survive me by thirty (30) days, I give,

devise and bequeath said tangible personal property and all
insurance policies thereon, unto our daughter JANILYN ELIAS
MATTY, if she survives me by thirty (30) days.
FOURTFI
All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate I
give, devise and bequeath unto my wife, SUSANNE ELIAS, if
she survives me by thirty (30) days. In the event she
fails to survive me by thirty (30) days, I give, devise and
bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder unto our
daughter JANILYN ELIAS MATTY. In the event that our
daughter JANILYN ELIAS MATTY, predeceases me and has no
children that can and will receive under this Will, then I
give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and
remainder unto our nephews MICHAEL ELIAS, JR. and SAMUEL
ELIAS.

I nominate, constitute and appoint my wife, SUSANNE
~ ELIAS, Executrix of this my last Will and Testament. In the
event of the renunciation, death, resignation or inability
to act for any reason whatsoever of my said wife, I
nominate, constitute and appoint our daughter JANILYN ELIAS
MATTY, Executrix of this my last Will and Testament. In the
event of the renunciation, death, resignation or inability
to act for any reason whatsoever of JANILYN ELIAS MATTY, I
nominate, constitute and appoint ROBERT A. GREEVY, ESQ.,
Executor of this my last Will and Testament.
I hereby relieve my Executrix or Executor from the

necessity of posting security in connection with her/his
duties as such in any jurisdiction in which she/he may be
called upon to act insofar as I am able by law to do so.
SIXTH
I give my executrix/executor the fullest power and
authority in all matters and questions and to do all acts
which I might or could do if living, including without
limitation, complete power and authority to sell (at public
or private sale, for cash or credit, with or without
security), mortgage, lease, dispose of, and distribute in-
kind all property, real and personal, at such time and upon
such terms and conditions as he/she may determine, all
without court order.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and
seal to this, my last Will and Testament, consisting of
three (3) typewritten pages, the first two (2) of which
bear my signature in the margin for the purpose of
