Goodling should not be granted Letters of Administration for the Estate of Robert M. Snauffer, Jr., a/k/a Robert M. Snauffer, deceased, as a principal creditor in accordance with 20 Pa.C.S.A. § 3155(b)(4). Your response should be filed in her office within 20 days from the date of this citation.
