Real Estate -All that certain piece or parcel of real estate having erected
thereon a dwelling house being known and numbered as 256 E. Main Street,
Shiremanstown, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being tax parcel no.
37-23-0555-201. The property was acquired by Priscilla E. Russell, married
individual, as to a one-fourth (114) interest, Charles W. Russell, nnarried
individual, as to a one-fourth (114) interest, and Charles R. Heckert, single
individual, as to a one-half (112) interest, the relationship of the two (2)
one-fourth (1/4) interests to the one (1) one-half (112) interest being that of
tenants in common without the right of survivorship. A copy of the deed is
attached hereto. It is respectfully submitted .that the fair market value of the
real estate is as follows: $151,670.00 (County Assessed Value) ac 1.22
(Common Level Ratio) _ $185,037.40. The Decedent's one-half (1/2) interest in
this property is valued at $92,518.70.
