Russell, married individual, as to a one-fourth (114) interest, Charles W. Russell, nnarried individual, as to a one-fourth (114) interest, and Charles R. Heckert, single individual, as to a one-half (112) interest, the relationship of the two (2) one-fourth (1/4) interests to the one (1) one-half (112) interest being that of tenants in common without the right of survivorship. A copy of the deed is attached hereto.
