AND NOW, this 17th day of February, 2009, upon review of the document titled Last Will and
Testament of Mary H. McCrea and the two Memorandums of Mary H. McCrea, submitted for probate
on February 17, 2009. The Register of Wills finds the following with regard to the Estate of Mary H.
McCrea and renders the following decision:
IT IS DECREED the document titled Last Will and Testament of Mary H. McCrea is admitted
to probate.
IT IS ALSO DECREED that the two memorandums that are dated, July 15, 2004, before the
Last Will and Testament was executed on July 2, 2008, and are revoked by the Last Will and Testament
are therefore not admitted to probate.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that Letters Testamentary shall be issued to Andrew M. McCrea.
Andrew M. McCrea shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the laws of Pennsylvania
and shall proceed with the administration of this estate according to law.
